Arsenal Armor

A joint artifact idea inspired by witnessing the power of the Celestial Level Spell Incomparable Body Arsenal, This armor combines the power and defense of Magitech Armor with the ability to use any of the four standard combat abilities. This essentially is going to be designed to be a non-elementally attuned version of the Armor's of the Armor of Immaculate Dragons.

The actual design of this item is still pending, as I'm still not sure how I want it to work at this moment.
