Belagra
This is a supporting cast Storyteller character created by Conrad Hubbard for his Far Shores game.
Belagra, Air Aspect Dragon-Blooded
A director of intelligence operations in the All-Seeing Eye. Belagra is a low-breeding Iselsi, and he frequently poses as a mortal functionary. The Air-Aspected is a sorcerer but his spells are largely those which assist in communication. He normally carries only a single Artifact (a Hearthstone Amulet) set with a Gem of Visitations.
Essence: (at least) 3
Abilities: Investigation (at least) 4, Linguistics (at least) 3, Occult (at least) 3
Charms: Wind Carried Words, an Investigation Excellency, Revelation of Associates Hunch, Terrestrial Circle Sorcery
Backgrounds: Backing (All-Seeing Eye) 4+, Breeding 0 (none), Artifact 1+, Contacts 1+
Spells: Infallible Messenger, probably Coin of Distant Vision, Emerald Countermagic, others (I need to check my handwritten notes)
Note: I considered making Belagra a Water Aspect for a while, just because I like to play to the House stereotypes in elements sometimes. Given his low Breeding and his role, though, I steered back to Air.
