King Isulgath was the Fair Folk noble lord of the Indigo Chain archipelago's isle known as the Black Fleet Isle. He was slain by the Solar Exalted of the Kingdoms of the Sun, and his corpse was seized by Admiral Ebon Siaka of Skullstone. After negotiation with Admiral Driftcorpse, the king's remains were returned to the Black Fleet Isle.
