Nilandrela

The Fair Folk queen of King Isulgath, and co-ruler of his necropolis. The island of their kingdom is known to the Solars of the Dark Waters chronicle as the Black Fleet Isle, although this is ultimately part of the blasphemy of the raksha. The isle is a death dream mockery of the isles of Skullstone. The most distinguishing feature of Queen Nilandrela is that her body and face are palely beautiful along the one side and a hideous rotten corpse along the other.
