Son of the Rust Princes leader, Commander Ferox.

By the season of Air 770 Realm Year, Ruso is the Commander of the People of Iron. His father has died, and though the position of Commander has never been hereditary, Ruso is deemed the most competent replacement by the war chiefs of his people.
