Perfectly Balanced Chain
Charms: Assumption of Earth Shape, Defining the Parameters of Battle, Hundred-Hand Style
To help defend herself against the creation born, Siona typically casts this spell before entering creation, using it to create an exceptional but mundane metal martial arts weapon, specifically a fighting chain. This weapon has two special qualities, first, all multiple action penalties for actions taken involving the chain are reduced by 1 to a minimum of 0. Secondly, for a cost of 1 gossamer per parry made with this weapon, however, Siona may apply her full parry DV against any one attack, even if it is unblockable, furthermore, in addition to the defense bonus the weapon provides, it also negates all parry DV penalties and adds a flat 6 to Siona's parry DV. If she desires, Siona may give the fighting chain out to someone who then benefits from both of these effects (he must still spend gossamer to activate the parry portion). In either case, the fighting chain vanishes in a puff of glamour at the end of the story. Other than the constraints of her essence and gossamer, there is no limit to the number of fighting chains Siona can create using this spell, but all chains vanish at the same time at the end of the story.

Accession of Honor
Charms: Assumption of the Person's Heart, Manacles of Virtue
With this spell, Siona can temporarily increase the rating of the target's Temperance. The target, who must be a creation-born Exalt and who must be present during the shaping of the spell applies his essence as an external penalty to Siona's Manipulation + Medicine roll. Every success on this roll adds one to the target's Temperance for every purpose (including limit) except for ravishment. As per the normal rules, creation-born with a Wits + Essence higher than the Lorekeeper's Medicine of 6 (+2 for Unassailable Tower of Medicine) are unaffected. The boosted temperance lasts for one story.

Accession of Love
Charms: Assumption of the Person's Heart, Manacles of Virtue
This spell functions as per Accession of Honor save that it increases Compassion in creation-born Exalts

Accession of Courage
Charms: Assumption of the Person's Heart, Manacles of Virtue
This spell functions as per Accession of Honor save that it increases Valor in creation-born Exalts

With this spell, Siona may bless a large following of mortals who swear an appropriate oath. Siona has in the past often attracted large followers of mortals who agreed to her terms, but occasionally manages to sway even the Exalted who wish better for their followers. This spell affects a group of mortals which may be no fewer than 25 and no greater than 10,000. All of these mortals must swear the oath that Siona asks of them. If the mortals are followers of an officer or other person of authority, the officer may swear the oath, while the mortal followers swear to always obey the officer in fulfilling his oath. Most often the oath is of finite duration, since mortals are prone to death, even when magically enhanced. When an oath is finally agreed upon, Siona casts the spell. This grants all mortals who swore the oath the Enlightened Essence Blight and the Exalted Healing Affliction. If the lead officer is also a mortal, he gains these benefits as well. These benefits last until the oath is broken. If any one mortal breaks the oath, he immediately loses access to all benefits of this spell permanently (until it is cast on him again). If the oath was sworn in an officer's name, and he breaks the oath or dies, all mortals sworn to him immediately lose the benefits. The spell may also be ended early by mutual agreement of the mortal or officer and Siona to terminate the oath, and always ends when an oath of finite duration has been fulfilled. This spell can only affect mortals who have no current Wyld mutations from any source, including this spell. Because this is a Desire Circle spell, there is no Glamour resistance normally, however, if for some crazy reason a creation-born mortal wishes to use a charm or a stunt to resist the spell, he must have a Stamina + Essence greater than the Lorekeeper's Intelligence of 3.

Note: (S)=Shaping Weapon (E)=Exceptional, (G)=Gossamer, (P)=Permanent
EQUIPMENT: Hair Brooch(level 1 artifact shaping armor), Figment(SE), Heart Thorn(SE), Curdling Dream Bow(SE), Litany Bones(SE), Nishkriya Mask(SE), The Arcwhale - Flying War Whale(SEGP), Longbow(EGP), Bundles of Arrows (GP), Reinforced Buff Jacket(EGP), Ribbon(Pennant), Cyst, Speaking Sand Adviser, Siona has thousands of assorted possessions she has accumulated over the years, anything ranging from hot flashes to tropical storms to amnesia, all stored away in elsewhere but cannot bring these things into creation without an evocation charm.
NOTES: Siona typically enters creation using Assumption of Dreams and Passion and Assumption of the Person's Heart, targeting Sheevawn Lockheart, and choosing to inflict Sheevawn with a wyld mutation which changes the color of her shadow to blue (difficulty 3 intelligence + awareness to realize the color of the shadow you're looking at is wrong, automatically succeeds when attention is called to the odd color). When in this form, Siona typically dematerializes when encountering danger, especially if she's alone.

The Arcwhale uses the stats of its lorekeeper (use hobgoblin template on 286 of Exalted) with the following added mutations, Giantx3(12mp), Gossamer Wing Flight(2mp), Tail(1mp). These mutations add 9 points of strength and stamina, -0 | -0 | -0 | -1 | -1 | -1 | -1 | -1 | -1 | -2 | -2 | -2 | -2 | -2 | -2 health levels, the ability to ascend into the air at half its movement rate (which is 200mph) and dive at twice that, and +2 dice added to all rolls to maintain balance. It has two natural weapons, from the front it can crush foes in its jaws, which functions as a clinching attack with stats Speed: 6, Acc: +4, Dmg: +12L, Rate: 1, Tags: N, C, P, and it can also smash with its tail with stats Speed: 5, Acc: +2, Dmg: +19B/4, Def: +1, Rate: 2, Tags: O, N, P and it has an additional +20L/+20B natural soak for being a Deep Wyld Horror

Siona most often has her retinue of Sahagin commoners guarding her freehold. Occasionally, she takes a company of 25 with her aboard The Arcwhale when she ventures out and might need them, but such trips are planned to be short in length, as she has no real way of sustaining an entire retinue of fair folk for very long.

Despite what Siona might tell others about her Speaking Sand Adviser, it is a completely unintelligent lifeless object, with stats similar to an ordinary rock. The Speaking Sand Adviser is a couple of handfuls of wyld-tainted sand, collected from one of her visits to the south, bound together in a tightly woven ball of gossamer from which no sand can escape. When squeezed or struck, the adviser utters a completely random sentence of advice, which is always in the form of yes, no, maybe, or ask again later. Creation-born generally see that the adviser is little more useful than a toy, but Siona takes it very seriously. Unknown even to Siona, however, the adviser is also a geomantic talisman of minor power. When performing a task related to following its advice, one suffered botch is converted into an ordinary failure. When performing a task that is acting contradictory to its advice, one ordinary failure is converted into a botch. These effects only apply to those who actually ask it for advice, and therefore it cannot affect rolls for tasks based on what it would have said if it was asked, but never was. If multiple people ask it for advice on the same matter, it can and usually does give contradictory advice. If asked for advice on the same subject twice or more times by the same person, only the last answer applies (Siona always trusts the first answer).
