1. Eye and Seven Despairs in disguise. What if Eye and Seven Despairs was more active in the invasion that succeeded the Great Contagion than we ever knew? What if, in collusion with the First and Forsaken Lion, Eye and Seven Despairs took the shape of a Fair Folk and tread into the Wyld to encourage the invasion. Eye and Seven Despairs takes the shape of of a mysterious Fair Folk, calls himself the Thief of Words, and instigates the Balorian Crusade. The First and Forsaken Lion gives the army permission to cross the threshold, and together they plot the end of the world.
2. Meticulous Owl in disguise. What if, long before he was Exalted, Meticulous Owl went into the Wyld and tricked the Fair Folk into invading Creation? Perhaps he was an ancient heroic mortal, kept alive by the First and Forsaken Lion's necromantic anagathics.
