Resplendent Air 10
Finally on the way to go to this mysterious new archipelago. Not particularly crazy about its proximity to the Wyld, but hopefully I'll be able to stay away from it most of the time, but things never end up quite so fortunate for me. Hopefully, when we inevitably encounter fair folk, they will be reasonable and easy to negotiate with. I don't think this crew can handle any fair folk attacks. We've been cruising along at a good speed now, the wind has been at our backs, and there has been no pirates so far. Things don't look so well for the future however. There's a dark cloud rolling in from behind us. We can only hope it changes course.
Resplendent Air 13
Interesting day yesterday. Met three others, Ebon Surf Chaser, Magnus, and Iron Heart. It almost overrides the fact that I had to swim about 300 yards to shore on Skullstone because of the pirate attack—led by Ebon no less. Despite the rocky introduction, I seem to be getting along the best with Ebon. Ebon is the fighter of the lot, I'm not so sure what the others' specialties are yet, but I'm sure that will become apparent later in the future. I'd say today was quite auspicious. Having to stare down a group of fair folk doesn't seem quite so intimidating anymore Also noteworthy, Skullstone seems to be filthy rich.

Magnus appears to be a little too attached to his home country of Skullstone. He went way out of his way to save the lives of some natives. I don't know if they did anything wrong or not, but I don't really see anyone who worships the dead as particularly innocent. I'm kind of leery of him betraying us to The Silver Prince because of some hard-headed notion that whatever that guy is doing is somehow the natural order of things. He's probably just brainwashed. I'll have to work on undoing that over time. Ebon seems to have some kind of vengeance against the Lintha. What ever caused it, I somehow doubt we'll have to worry about anyone ever betraying us to the Lintha for fear of Ebon's wrath.
Resplendent Air 15
We arrived in The Neck without a hitch, and mercifully, the plan from stealing a ship changed to buying one. Iron Heart seems to have some pretty deep pockets, but that's what you get when you work for The Guild I guess. We picked up quite a bit of supplies, we should be good for a while now. We're officially setting sail to head to the strange new archipelago again, this time, hopefully for real. And if we get there, that's a bonus. I wonder what became of the other guild ships of the fleet. There was a nasty storm that separated us. It wasn't that bad, but it was bad enough that the possibility that not all of them survived the storm is pretty real. It's unlikely that we're going to find them again, because of our detour. They are probably either way ahead of us, wrecked, or completely lost. Then again, it was pretty unlikely that the four of us would end up on the same island at the same time, too.
