The Scarlet Throne

It seems to me that this item should be a powerful Artifact which was one of the keys to defending the Scarlet Empress whenever she was outside of the Imperial Manse but inside of the Imperial Palace.

First of all, I suspect that it is primarily composed of red jade, excepting for those parts which compose the dragon heads of the other four dragons (other than the fire dragon). This plays into the fact that the item is an Artifact of rulership. Given that Presence and Socialize are both Fire Aspected Abilities, this makes sense.

Secondly, I imagine the heads of the dragons might be able to attack someone who offends the Empress.

Perhaps it counts as an "automaton" which has an activation cost rather than an attunement cost (as with the Golden Asp).
