Oliphem

Sometimes I wish I had given the 2nd edition version of the Oliphem more Abilities (skills) than I did. At the very least, it is Sail 1 which I wish I had also added. While the Oliphem has likely never sailed a vessel of any sort at any point, the knowledge it has gained of ships over the course of thousands of years surely exceeds that of even most lifelong sailors. I am thinking of limiting it to a rating of 1 to reflect a lack of practical experience versus observed knowledge. Perhaps even Sail 1 (Guiding Ships +3) would work.
