Dragon-Blooded and Reflexive Charms
I know that the seemingly unfinished 2.5 errata material suggests that you do away with Combos, and therefore reduces the power of Dragon-Blooded receiving "free Reflexives" in the game. I like Combos, and have yet to do away with them, but that really doesn't matter for this discussion.
This is about WHY Dragon-Blooded get free reflexives. I think that the answer is simple. They were designed to work together in tightly knit teams. Sure, not all of their Charms actually bear out this thematic design. Nonetheless, we know it to be true.
Having free reflexives greatly aids in this. Free reflexives are the simplest way for instant effects to help a teammate. Thus, I imagine Gaia having designed this ability into them in order to specifically facilitate them working together.
More Charms that play up this aspect would be nice, of course.
